Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required.
Q: How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM PT start processing the same day.
Q: How long will delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipment within the contiguous U.S.
Q: Where do you ship? We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Q: How can I track my order? You'll receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: How do I place an order? Browse our catalog, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at time of purchase.

Q: Do you charge sales tax? Yes, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first for a Return Authorization number.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund? Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Q: Do I have to pay return shipping? If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: Can I exchange an item? Yes — contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Q: Are the colors and dimensions on your site exact? We make every effort to display them accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Dimensions listed are nominal.
Q: Why does my furniture look slightly different from the photos? Products made from natural materials like wood and stone will show natural variation in grain and color — this is not a defect.
Q: Is assembly required? Some items require minor assembly. Requirements are noted on each product page, and instructions and hardware are included.
