These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mi Casa Furniture website and any purchases you make through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or enter into a binding agreement with us. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we accept that offer only when we send an order confirmation email, at which point a binding contract is formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Items that are out of stock or otherwise unavailable
- Shipping addresses we are unable to service
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Shipping
We deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Full details, including processing times, cut-off times, and delivery restrictions, are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for your items transfer to you when the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return, refund, and exchange procedures are set out in full on our Return & Refund Policy page. By placing an order with Mi Casa Furniture, you agree to the terms of that policy — including the 30-day return window and the requirement to obtain return authorization before sending any item back.
7. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, we do not warrant that any product description, image, or other content on this website is entirely error-free, complete, or current.
Please note: natural materials such as wood and stone will show variations in grain, color, and texture. These variations are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects. Similarly, slight differences between photographed colors and on-screen display may occur due to monitor settings.

All content on this website — including text, photography, product images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and site design — is the property of Mi Casa Furniture or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

You and Mi Casa Furniture agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or any purchase you make (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as set out below.
Informal Resolution First
Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@micasafurniture.net with a written description of the Dispute, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Binding Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org). The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California, or by telephone or video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration Fees
Filing fees and arbitrator compensation will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. We will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims that do not exceed $10,000, unless the arbitrator determines that the claim is frivolous.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
12. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND MI CASA FURNITURE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be severed from the arbitration and brought in court, while all remaining claims continue in arbitration.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 11 will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
